NYC food tour

So... eating all the food is one of my favorite things about traveling, so we try to eat at restaurants unique to where we are. We all know New York has a ton to offer, so I'll just tell you what we loved so you can add it to your list!

First of all, you need to get a 7 day unlimited metro card,  its only like $34 or something and totally worth it since we were there for 5 days.

We ate dinner near our hotel near time square at Brooklyn Diner. Everything we ate was delicious!

Next Stop was Grand Central Station, and the Magnolia bakery down there. we got cupcakes and magic cookie bars, but I guess they're known for their banana pudding with was sold out by the time we got there at closing time.

Billy's bakery had the best cupcakes! Banana with cream cheese frosting, YUM!

Hamilton is a MUST See!

We had a late dinner afterward at Black Tap. Food was good and Shakes were crazy cool!

If you love korean food and/or sushi, Mokbar is your place.

Breakfast at Clinton Street Baking Co. was yummy. It was a bit of a walk from the subway and a bit of a wait to be seated. but I'd do it again! That. syrup.

Our favorite spot was hands down Maison Pickle. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. WAS. HEAVEN. I guess they're known for their french dips- A-mazing. Buffalo mac and cheese. YES please!

And these pull apart rolls.... mouth is watering.

I've become really picky about pizza since frequenting Grimaldis here in Vegas, and John's Pizza on Bleeker did not disappoint!

You of course have to hit up Levain Bakery. If you want 2, get 'em, just in case you don't make it back like you planned! I got chocolate chip walnut and oatmeal raisin

We grabbed a quick bite at Shake shack on our last night. We have those here in Vegas and love it, So definitely go there. I love the hot dog and cheese fries.

It was freezing while we were there and central park was pretty dreary lookin, but we took a pic with this cute bridge and then realized its the one from Home Alone 2, in that pigeon scene :)

Last but not least, you MUST DO the 9-11 memorial and museum.

So what do I need to put on my list for next time??

Senior Pic Locations near Las Vegas

I love this time of year and getting to airbrush these gorgeous Seniors getting ready to graduate and take on the world!

Looking for a great location for you next photoshoot? In Vegas, but want a beautiful nature background, not city or strip?

The pics above were shot in
*the El Dorado dry lake bed on the outskirts of Vegas in Boulder City.
*the dark red clay stone is in St. George, UT, only about 2 hr drive north of Vegas.

*These were taken at the Seven Magic Mountains, about 30mins south of Vegas. Such a fun setting!

A few others to check out...
*Redrock Canyon- head all the way West on Charleston

*Calico Basin- near Redrock canyon

*Mt. Charleston- North on the 95, just out of town

I know there are a ton of beautiful parks and golf courses around town, as well!

What am I missing? My daughter is in 7th grade and really getting in to photography, where do we need to explore through the lens? Tell me all the good spots!
